Die "resisted scap slides" und "blackburns" gefallen mir als Präventionsübung jetzt eigentlich noch besser:
Lassen sich auch sehr gut mit dem sling trainer ausführen, oder mit Theraband. Man bleibt fast die ganze Zeit in der "peak contraction", und die schulterblattstabilisierende Muskulatur arbeitet noch wesentlich härter.
