Inhaltlich wird das Buch gegenüber Vorgängern wie "Body by Science" etc. vermutlich nicht viel Neues liefern. Dennoch, das Inhaltsverzeichnis lässt vermuten, dass die Bandbreite etwas größer wird - sowohl was die Trainingsmodalitäten angeht (neben klassischem HIT-Maschinentraining nun auch Hantel- und BWE-Optionen), als auch die Trainingsprotokolle (nicht mehr nur Einsatz).
Wer Krafttraining als notwendiges Übel ansieht und diesen Punkt des Fitnessregimes mit Minimalaufwand abhaken will, könnte hier profitieren. Andererseits ist das Buch auch interessant für exercise addicts/gym rats, die vor lauter Bäumen den Wald nicht mehr sehen und so wieder den Abstand bekommen, die produktivsten 20% von den weniger produktiven 80% zu trennen.
Bin über Ostern weg und kann mir das Buch deswegen vorerst nicht ordern, aber wenn ich es mir demnächst reingezogen habe, kommt noch ein update.

Wie heißt es so schön: "There's a sucker born every minute." Diesmal war das wohl ich. Das Buch war ein kompletter Reinfall.
